To use this range, I must comprehend the English language, read, speak, and communicate in the English language, and understand and perform commands and safety procedures.

Under 12 years old: NOT permitted in the range.
At least 12 years old but under 18 years old: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter range.
At least 12 years old but under 21: Can shoot long guns; NO PISTOLS unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The range is a live fire range for firearms and I enter at my own risk. I release Shooters Choice of SC, LLC and all other agents from all liabilities arising from any range incident that may occur including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage and/or death. I personally assume all risks in using this range, whether seen or unforeseen issues arise, and I hold harmless any persons in said events. Any claims by me or any family members, estate, heirs, or assigns will hold Shooters Choice of SC, LLC and other connected entities, any agents, employees, or owners. I will abide by all Range Officer requirements and commands. I am experiences and skilled in the proper handling, loading, use, and discharge of all firearms and ammunition which I intend to use at this range. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all range rules and certify this release form is completely accurate. I have signed under my own free will knowing the basic risk involved in the admission to this live fire range.
